The team at The Vacuum Pouch Company would like to congratulate Neil Partington, our slitting and rewinding department manager, on 21 years loyal service.
Neil has been with the business since its launch in 1998, recruited by company founder and then managing director, Chris McCormack, to create and manage the slitting and rewinding department. A typical day involves running the machines, scheduling, maintenance and ensuring BRC conformity.
The Vacuum Pouch Company’s Managing Director, Adam McCormack, said,
“Neil has been an integral part of the VPC family for over two decades and I would like to personally thank him for his long-serving and continued commitment to the company.”
Experience In Spades
Experience is key to a slick operation, and Neil has it in spades; understanding not just the machinery, but the requirements of our customers, technical and industry terminology, to ensure five-star customer service.
“It’s an absolute pleasure to work at The Vacuum Pouch Company, it’s a family run business that provides great products and services. I feel proud to have contributed to its success and long may it continue. 21 years have absolutely flown by… as the old saying goes – time flies when you’re having fun!”.
Hooked On Family and Fishing
When not working, Neil enjoys spending time with his family and celebrates 38 years of marriage to his wife, Jackie. Being a keen angler, he can be found at the side of a lodge, river or canal. Coarse fishing is his passion and he is competition and match secretary for Ramsey Angling Society.
